New-ish Elizabethan Stitch Related Blog

Posted by MeganH

Beth Lea's "Trellis Stitch - How To Do it the Right Way", which was then renamed "A Stitch in Time - Trellis Stitch" has been renamed again. Beth forgot to leave directions to her latest blog, and went ahead and deleted the Stitch in Time one, so there are probably some people interested in Trellis Stitch and Detached Buttonhole Stitch that are wandering where she went.

She's now at http://bethsbluebellwood.blogspot.com/

She will be working to provide fuller information for each post, explaining HOW she achieves those marvellous shapes, and all the information about Trellis stitch she has discovered. Soon, she will start reproducing a swetebag (more info on her blog)

Thankyou for commenting on my blog. Dyeing the ordinary plastic buttons was great fun using disperse dye (powdered transfer paint here in the UK). Have just had a look at Beth's new blog - wonderful stuff - and hope you are now feeling better .........
